We run our own factory, so there is one less margin in the chain and you get the same stock, same finish, every time you reorder. Once we are working together, established partners are welcome to visit the production line and sample room.
Our squishies are tested to AS/NZS ISO 8124, the Australian toy safety standard. Test certificates are available to stockists on request, so you can answer compliance questions from your own customers and from regulators.
Most styles ship in a printed colour box that goes straight onto the shelf — nothing to repack, nothing to relabel. Some lines are packed in individual bags instead, and we confirm the format per style when you order.
Because we run our own factory rather than reselling someone else's stock, packaging is something we can decide with you rather than something you inherit. Tell us how you merchandise and we will work to it.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within one week of delivery and we will replace it. Return freight is handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Our range is food-style slow-rising squishies — breads, pastries, desserts and novelty pieces — made in our own factory and held in stock locally, so you are not importing, not clearing customs and not waiting on a container.

Yes. Because we run our own factory we also take OEM and private-label work — your own shape, colour, scent, packaging and logo. Custom production starts at 1,000–3,000 units depending on the size of the piece, which is a separate track from our 6-unit wholesale minimum.
